My Role

As the social media marketing specialist, my responsibility was to spearhead the ideation process and ensure that our concepts were visually captivating and aligned with Breville's campaign goals.

We carefully considered the target audience for each campaign and the logistical hurdles of executing them at a massive and intricate event like the Taiwan International Coffee Show.

Video Campaign

We put the barista inside, so you don’t have to be one.
Given Breville's emphasis on incorporating barista-level features into their espresso machines, it was crucial for the video to showcase the convenience, programmability, and versatility of creating a range of espresso-based beverages with a single machine.

We created a video showcasing the numerous advantages of owning a Breville espresso machine, including the ability to prepare premium coffee from the comfort of one's own home, the convenience of enjoying cafe-style coffee without leaving the house, the time saved from standing in line at a coffee shop, and the long-term cost savings compared to daily café purchases. Our video also emphasizes the machine's user-friendliness and highlights its sleek design and advanced features to appeal to consumers with an eye for aesthetics and functionality.

Chatbot Campaign

To enhance the experience of the 4-day Taiwan International Coffee Show, we are providing free tickets with an invite code for consumers to attend and immerse themselves in the world of coffee.

To promote the event, we created a BotBonnie chatbot campaign with automated responses to encourage visitors to explore the exhibit and sample the coffee.

Our goal is to maximize brand exposure and engagement through the chatbot flows, while also driving conversions such as link clicks and ticket redemptions using the invite code.

Chatbot Automated Response

The Taiwan International Coffee Show campaign surpassed expectations and achieved significantly higher reach compared to previous campaigns without the use of chatbots. Breville employees were pleasantly surprised by the success, as they had encountered challenges in the past with encouraging users to engage in messaging. However, the BotBonnie chatbot exceeded their expectations by implementing Post Comment Reply, which resulted in an increase in messages and ultimately increased the reach of the post.

Achievement

Engaged 1,000 people on Facebook with a 68.3% Chatbot Completion Rate.

To encourage user engagement and interaction with the chatbot, we implemented the "comment to get mystery gift immediately" design strategy. This proved to be an effective incentive, resulting in a significant increase in the number of messages on the event post. With 3,658 likes, 983 comments, and 116 shares, the campaign engaged 1,000 people in interactions, with a completion rate of 68.3% for the chatbot process. Our success can be attributed to the careful design and implementation of the BotBonnie Post Comment Reply function.
